About Alia Nagm

Alia is the Operations Manager, she interfaced field and office operations to increase production efficiency. She has previously held a number of leadership positions at Posillico Civil, a contracting firm dedicated to setting the standard for excellence in infrastructure. She managed $30M of infrastructure projects as Assistant Project Manager and estimated competitive multimillion dollar projects. Alia also served as Treasurer of Engineers Without Borders (EWB) New York chapter, a humanitarian organization that develops engineering solutions to improve quality of life in under-served communities worldwide. Prior to joining the executive board, Alia was lead design engineer for EWB’s water and sanitation project in El Salvador, providing clean drinking water to 1,100 community members.
